サスペンションアームの改造

Suspension arm modification

前回まではナイロンロックナットで固定してましたが、いまいちなので、アルミ丸棒を追加してみました。

Until last time, it was fixed with a nylon lock nut, but it was not good enough, so I added an aluminum round bar.

オレンジの部分を皿ねじ用に面取り、青色の部分をアルミに

5ｍｍアルミ棒の両端に3ｍｍタップでねじ切りしてます。

Chamfer the orange part for countersunk screws and the blue part to aluminum

Both ends of a 5mm aluminum rod are threaded with a 3mm tap.

左が今回のパーツ　右はナイロンロック式

The part on the left is this time, the part on the right is a nylon lock type

さらに2ｍｍの銅棒で補強します。

Reinforce with 2mm copper rods.

戦車に組み込み　　built into the tank

これで、脱着が簡単になりそうです。

This seems like it would be easier to take off.
